Looking for a clean, quiet, and comfortable place to call home? I have a private lower level suite available in my split-level townhome in a peaceful Lakeville neighborhood.

The rental includes: • Private bedroom & living room exclusively for you • Private bathroom with a walk-in shower & bidet • Queen-size Tempur-Pedic bed available (can be removed if you prefer to bring your own bed) • Central air conditioning and forced-air heat • Shared laundry located in the basement • The main level contains the kitchen, dining room, deck, and living room which are all shared and fully equipped with everyday essentials, plus a Keurig, Nespresso Vertuo, drip coffee maker, KitchenAid Mixer, and air fryer. • Garage parking available for most vehicles (trucks & tall vans likely won’t fit) • Additional garage storage space available

Deposit is dependent on references & background check and bills are negotiable within reason.

I’m a single queer man in my late 30s who works fully remote in IT. I tend to be fairly quiet, laid-back, and keep to myself. I enjoy a peaceful home environment and appreciate people who are respectful, reasonably tidy, and considerate of shared spaces. I’m not a smoker, rarely drink alcohol, and generally prefer a low-drama lifestyle.

I have two senior poodle mixes that weigh about 20 pounds each. They are very friendly and do occasionally bark out of excitement. I will keep them contained to my area unless you’re okay with them visiting you / saying hi.

You’ll usually find me drinking entirely too much coffee, enjoying a Diet Coke and after work I enjoy playing a casual video game, hanging out on Discord, or watching friends stream on Twitch. I also enjoy board games, card games, movies, and other low-key activities. While I value my personal space, I’d be happy to occasionally hang out with a roommate who enjoys similar things.

I do have some mobility limitations, so maintaining a calm and accessible living environment is important to me. Overall, I’m looking for a roommate who is responsible, communicative, reasonably clean, and appreciates a quiet home.

Note: I am not sure how to list out the bedroom / bathroom part. The upstairs main bathroom is available for guest use but my bedroom and office are off limits.
