I have an entire upstairs for rent which is like a large 1-bedroom apt. There is one bedroom, one bath, large living area, 3 closets, 2 doors to attic access, and a small office area. You would have access to downstairs shared areas like kitchen, pantry, laundry room, breakfast nook, and backyard. It is $2000 all bills paid, which includes electric, water, and internet. You can even use my streaming service passwords if you would like. Pets are welcome, but this is a cat home so just know that I have 2 and one very old dog.

I’m a single father in my 40’s. I will have one child living with me and the others every other weekend. The youngest is 16 so no little kids roaming about if that is an issue. The neighborhood is very nice, low crime rate, community pool and playground.
