About the room
Spacious room with included en suite and walk-in closet available in a historic 1920s building in the heart of Koreatown. Room is in a spacious apartment that includes a huge living room with gym and projector tv. Apartment is in a very central location, with easy access to the D and B line trains just a five minute walk away.
Rent includes a parking space in the building’s garage with the option for EV charging available. Utilities (including WiFi) are split amongst the roommates evenly, ~$40/month. Room will be unfurnished.
About the roomies
The apartment is shared amongst four others, all male and 25+. All of us are polite, quiet, considerate, and keep the apartment clean. We have a cleaning rotation that is kept up and good communication amongst the group if something is needed.
