About the room

I have not seen the apartment in person yet but it looks very promising! Owner says it was recently refurbished. Plus, if youre going to U of I the house is only 4 min away 👀 I will be using 2 rooms so that way I can have an office. Total rent is 1500 per month but Im alright with you only paying 600 :)

About the roomies

Moving here this July to attend medical school! Im pretty laid back and quite. All I ask is that we communicate and respect each other’s needs and values. Pros for living with me: I have good tastes when it comes to decorating (lots of plants and taxidermy), you’ll get to meet my 2 cats, and much much more :D
