About the room
The room is 120 sqft. with use of two smaller closets. You have access to the rest of the house. There is a lazy boy chair in the living room where you can just relax or watch some tv, blue tooth speaker for some music. I don’t cook much so the kitchen is mostly open. There is a large pantry for your use only and we divide the refrigerator.
About the roomies
I am 50+ male, retired. I spend most of my time at the house, usually in the garage doing something. I keep all common areas clean and picked up. I have a very big, very lovable dog and a cat that is too cool. Thank you for reading and best of luck to us both.
