Looking for someone for one year lease starting in August but early move in starting June/July is possible. I have lived here for 4 years and roommate is moving to a new city. LGBTQ+ friendly.

Apartment is a 2-Bedroom in a great location – Dutch Kills neighborhood, tree-lined street off of the N/W, near Little Flower cafe and many other restaurants, grocery options etc. The rooms get lots of light and there is also plenty of storage space.

Living room and kitchen are furnished but we can discuss shared spaces. Landlord lives in building and is responsive. Heat and hot water included. ConEd and Spectrum additional monthly.

I have a small but quiet, chill dog so would need to be okay with her.

I am young female professional – work from home one or two days a week. Active and travel regularly. I enjoy cooking and having friends over semi-regularly but am pretty chill. I love having a warm, clean, and comfortable space.
