Room available in Randolph / near the Fan, VCU, and Byrd Park — $650/month — available July 1 Hey everyone, I’m looking for a roommate for the largest/master bedroom in the house I rent in Randolph, very close to the Fan, VCU, Byrd Park, and Swan Lake. The house is just across the bridge from the Fan and about a five-minute walk to Byrd Park. The room: The available room is the largest/master bedroom. It is unfurnished and has a full closet, two windows, and a private half-bathroom. Rent / lease: Rent is $650/month. Utilities are not included and would be split evenly. Utilities include internet, water, electricity, and lawn care. Move-in would be July 1, with a one-year lease. The new roommate would need to be approved by the landlord through Richmond Rentals. Message me for more details about the deposit. The house: The house has 3 bedrooms total, though one is used as my office room, so it functions as a 2-bedroom living situation. There are 1.5 bathrooms, a driveway, washer/dryer, window AC units, a front porch, a big backyard, and a shed available for some storage. The common areas have some furnishings already, including a couch, TV, and tables.
