Hi! This is urgent! Looking for 4th female roommate for a 4 bedroom / 2 bath. Move in July 1st! This is in Glen iris / five points south and right beside uab highland hospital. We had someone back out the day we all applied, so 3 of us are approved for it so far. The room you’ll be getting is a bit smaller than the others so it’ll be $470 for rent. Utilities separate. We are needing someone to sign a year lease with us. There will be a cat in the house. So must be ok with cats. The landlord said she will work with someone with not a lot of credit history as long as there’s no bad history. I have a video of the room but it won’t let me upload it. So message me. We are trying to sign a lease asap. If you have a cat that’s fine. But please no dogs. Please no children, no couples.
