I’m renting a 3-bed 2-bath house in a quiet, safe, neighborhood, looking for only one roommate so we would each have our own bedroom and bathroom. Shared kitchen, dining, and living room. Private carport, (manual) garage, or driveway parking all available. House is fully furnished, except for your room.

I’m a 30-yr old career-oriented woman. I work a 9-5 on JBER. I very rarely drink and don’t do drugs. I’m an extrovert but I value my alone time and I’m a leo, if that matters to you. I have an elderly female cat and am LGBT friendly. In my spare time I do rec-league sports and take arts and crafts classes.

I’m hoping you: • Are clean and organized when it comes to shared spaces • Have consistent and reliable employment • Don’t have pets, but I am open to one chill cat or any tank/ caged animals • Are comfortable communicating • Are preferably also a woman, but I’m open to others if you check the other boxes and are respectful and pleasant.
