Has large common area with 65“ TV and fast wifi. Covered deck out back with table with chairs. No couples and no pets. You will have full use of the house including laundry. Gresham Fred Meyer and Winco is just a few minutes drive along with many restaurants and other shopping. The house sits on 1/3 acre with a large backyard and lawn service is included in the rent. 2 people currently occupy the house now, 44yr old male that only stays in his room and the other is 63yr old female that can get along with just about anyone. We are open to a male or female roommate but must be 40+ and a clean person. I will require 1st months rent along with a $500 deposit. Must show last 2 months proof of income and a credit score of 650 or better
