Hello! I am renting out a 12x12 bedroom in my home in a great location at San Villante for a short term listing. The best part is the huge 8 by 4.5 walk in closet, so you will have plenty of room for all your things. The room is already furnished with a full size bed, dresser, TV stand, mini fridge, and a desk, so you can just move right in. The apartment is 1,600 square feet, so it feels really open and not cramped at all. It has granite countertops and a full laundry room inside, which is a lifesaver. If you like to stay active, the complex is awesome. There is a big pool, a dog park, and a gym that has a yoga studio and classes. We are right at Higley and Baseline, so it is super convenient, especially if you are a student at A.T. Still since it is only a couple of miles away.

My life is pretty busy with work and school, so I really value having a home that feels like a peaceful place to land at the end of the day. I have a very friendly cat who spends most of the day in my room or hiding in the curtains by the window. I am also a mom, and my son stays with me every other week. He is a great kid and we have a solid routine when he is here. On the weeks he is with his dad, the place is extra quiet and I am usually buried in my textbooks.
