About the room
307 Whitridge is on a quiet, diverse block in the great neighborhood of Charles Village, home to Baltimore’s famous “painted ladies”. It is near the Johns Hopkins Homewood campus, the Baltimore Museum of Art. Loyola College and many great restaurants.
You will share a fully furnished 5-bedroom, two full bathroom townhouse with fully equipped kitchen, living room and walk in showers. The front room on the first floor is available for $900/month as of June 17, 2026. The three other housemates on the second floor are currently male Hopkins grad students. A female tenant (and her service dog) rent the basement bedroom.
It is a quiet, nonsmoking house. Utilities and WiFi are included. There is a washer and dryer in the basement for your use. I have a lady who cleans the bathrooms, kitchen and shared areas twice a month.
About the roomies
I do not live in the house. The three housemates on the second floor are currently male Hopkins grad students. A female tenant (and her service dog) rent the basement bedroom.
