About the room

Beautiful bedroom with two windows and a private en-suite bathroom. First month rent and deposits already paid!! In-unit washer and dryer. Rent includes all utilities except electricity and a $15 per month insurance charge. The complex has a pool, coffee machine, ping pong, a gym, and free printing. The apartment unit has a balcony overlooking mature pine trees. Photos are staged from the complex website. This lease is only for 12 months but it can be easily renewed with the complex.

About the roomies

Roomies are women, two students and one working alum. LGBTQ friendly. One roomie has a Costco membership (Costco is in walking distance) as well as kitchen appliances to share. They don’t mind if you have guests over in your room whenever.
