It’s a 2 bed 2 bath, so we’d just share the living room & kitchen. It’s a block down from the 101 freeway & vine exit, it’s at the top of the hill so it’s far enough away from heavy traffic but only 3 short blocks away from Hollywood boulevard. There’s gated parking & the landlord is a very sweet lady. There’s patios and outdoor seating with a fountain that’s a chill little social area.
