So, I moved in March 2026, It still needs ALOT of TLC, I should have things fixed up before July. Don’t judge me lol, I will update pictures as I get everything painted and cleaned up and change the whole look of everything.

The room for rent is my second bedroom , I don’t have a mattress for the full size bed, if you need one, we can figure that out. I will be taking out the clothes etc, it will probably just be the bed, night stand and shelf. I will remove the decor , so you can can decorate how you want.

I have a small chihuahua and will consider other pets. its just been easier to keep the house clean with one that doesn’t shed. I am still figuring out the furniture around the house, my things were too big so Im selling them, then will order more.

The kitchen, sun room , laundry room , back yard, front yard and bathroom are still in progress . Things are very outdated and still trying to get the landlord to update things, It’s been hard doing it by myself, so bare with me.

I work 6 days a week, Im quiet, clean as in : I try to keep dishes out the sink , sweep and mop, put away my laundry and wipe up any mess I make, I try to deep clean once a week. Im not OCD and don’t expect you to be, just be considerate. Im not going to treat you like Im your mom, I hope if there is an issue we can just talk it out.

There is more to add to this but just reach out and we will go from there. Im not sure if I will renew my lease in March 2027. I work in Sarasota and want to be closer , So, 8 to 9 months is all I can offer right now.
