The room is furnished , plus outside storage , shared bathroom pretty safe neighborhood , street parking in front of the house , about a mile and a half to the beach and Interstate 5 freeway. Utilities and internet included . Laundry, kitchen, living room , Garden roses in the front yard and orchard in the backyard access. Location is right outside the Camp Pendleton front gate.
