I currently have one furnished room available June 1st (10ft x 10ft) near 43rd Ave and Baseline in Laveen. The home is near plenty of restaurants, dept. stores, and Cesar Chavez Recreational Park and Public Library. The community offers scenic pathways/walkways and a basketball court. I’m looking for a responsible, respectful, drug free, and clean roommate (can not stress the cleanliness part enough/no maid service) who can adhere to common sense rules listed in a month to month room rental agreement. The price for the room is for those that leave the house to work at least 40hours a week, otherwise utilities can be discussed. I have a Maltese/shih-tzu(2.5 yrs old), very friendly girl, but stays in my room for the most part. Ideally, I’d like for my roommates to be able to enjoy my home equally as much as the common areas would be shared. Guest Restroom is shared with one male roommate. The room is furnished with a twin sized day bed which converts to a larger bed, dresser, and lamp stand. All utilities are included, along with high-speed Cox Wi-Fi. I provide a lot of the necessities such as cleaning chemicals and paper products in the kitchen. I also update the home as much as possible; over Memorial Day weekend I purchased a 4 Piece conversation wicker set, area rug, and propane barbeque grill for the Patio.(2023) I updated the front porch with a nice bench, area rug and planters. (4/2024). All kitchen appliances shared, just purchased a Cosori Air fryer. I’m native to the Valley of the Sun, ‘purchased a new build home 5 years ago. I rent out two of the bedrooms to help alleviate costs. I work two jobs and pretty much like to relax during my time off. I have a 3 year old Maltese mix (Mia) whom I cherish and spoil. My partner Camilo, is a student at ASU doing online courses, and will be graduating soon. He works nights for Fed Ex, and is a gym rat. Our current roommate, Dahlak, has been here almost two years along with his cat Gatsby. Dahlak is very chill and will be gone days at a time, he is easy to get along with when You can catch him, sleeps quite a bit.
