Lakefront home with private beach access in peaceful Gray, Maine on Crystal Lake. My home is over 2000 ft.² and there is a private beach for swimming, space to plant a garden, blackberry, blueberry and raspberry bushes, kayaks, and a pool table. The lake freezes solid every year so there’s ice-skating, cross country skiing, snowshoeing and direct access to the ITS snowmobile trails. We are less than 1 mile from the Maine Wildlife park. The game farm stocks fish, so it’s a great place to throw in a line.

I am offering a clean quiet room with double bed, dresser, and closet. This room is for one person, no couples. There is additional storage in the basement and off street parking.

I am 57, a retired widow. I love nature and art. I also spend time in Florida.

I am a former CPA and artisan/entrepreneur. I enjoy traveling, biking, e-scootering, cooking, yoga, VR gaming, kayaking and nature walks. I grew up in Southern Maine so if you’re not familiar with the area, I would be a good person to ask.
