I’m a strong Christian who is looking for a Female Christian roommate for next year. They would have their own bed/bath and car spot in a 2-bed 2-bath house that is less than 1 mile from UCI campus, less than .3 from the town center full of cute shops, less than .3 to a beautiful park behind us, and 15min from Beach. The estimated cost will be $1300 for the small room, or $1500 for the master, not including utilities. Rooms will be fully furnished, buying all furniture currently. This is a 25% discount from what the house actually costs. Open to having two people share the master, if both are Christians. Looking forward to having a weekly Biblestudy at my place as well! Depending on if you share the master the place can have 1-2 roommates. Timeline for rent is 2 years, then have to start a new contract with relator. Just me right now. I’m an electrical engineering student at UC Irvine and also on the division 1 cross country and track and field team. I got this place so I’ll be close to campus to commute each day, and also because I wanted to use it for God’s glory by opening up a Bible study.
