This is in Columbia Maryland , right across the golf course and near the mall! 2bed 2 bath apartment. The property is very nice, safe, and quiet! They do have amenities such as a gym and pool, and club house, well as dog parks around the complex. Both rooms are pretty much same size, the room being listed for the roommate only difference is it has the bathroom outside the room, good closet space as well. You can furnish it however you like! I’m desperately looking for someone to take over my current roommates lease as she’s moving away so Im looking for a clean, friendly, responsible with bills rooomate to continue to share this place with me. I’m very easy going, clean and like to cook, all I require is transparency. I want a roommate where we both equally share the space and just for everyone to be comfortable and free! I’m honestly so chill so I want the same lol. This a 12 month lease as well looking for long term roommate
