I’m a very clean and respectful person, communicative & easy going . I keep the common areas clean at all times. I work long hours, usually 5–7 days per week & go to the gym so I’m not home much in general . When I am home, I’m quiet, laid-back, and rarely have guests over.

I do not smoke or drink, and I like to travel internationally , so sometimes I’m away for weeks at a time. I also do not have any pets. Its also important to me that you are comfortable and feel safe as well so I’m open to meeting in public if you would like to get a feel for me in person first or before checking out the apartment. My social media/instagram is also available if you would like to see and learn a little about me as well. The bedroom isn’t furnished but the remainder of the apartment is furnished, but if you’d like to bring in a couch, coffee table etc I’m open to discussing it.
