The private room is 8āx13ā and comes furnished with a bed, a desk, and a shelf. (If you prefer, it can come unfurnished too.) Decent closet space and large window with southeastern facing sun. Shared bathroom, kitchen, and common areas. Washer and dryer in unit. Kitchen comes equipped with dishwasher, oven, stove top range, microwave, and full-sized refrigerator. Property provides free parking in the gravel lot behind the complex, as well as parking in paved spot costing $70 a month. Roughly 300 feet from a bus stop that picks up the 348, 65, and 75 bus lines. Walking distance from two grocery stores (Safeway and QFC), several coffee shops, and two gas stations. Very close to Jackson Perimeter Trail - walking trail to the exterior of the Jackson Golf Course.
Cat lives in the unit, so pets are not preferred but we can talk about it if the fit is otherwise good.
I am the only other person who will be living in the unit. Iām 30 years old and work a job outside of the house in the early morning. Iām reasonably clean in the apartment. Iām looking for someone who is clean, respectful, easy going, and queer friendly to move into this room in my 2 bedroom apartment. Ideally, we would be friendly and get along well!
