Private room and bathroom! New construction townhouse, room is large with a walk-in closet. The location is awesome because there are no neighbors behind us. Very quiet and safe neighborhood.

Your bathroom is not attached but right next to the room and you will not be sharing it with anyone. I do have a bed if you are in need of one. There is also a community pool and we are right next to a hot springs.

Zero tolerance policy on smoking and no kids or pets.

I am the owner (single 31F) and live in the master. I work full time and have one small old Chihuahua who is very well behaved. I do not drink or smoke and pretty much stay in my room whenever I am home. Would love to have a chill and nice roommate as I am a pretty laid back.
