Hello, I’m renting a room in a house with me and other roommates in the city of Stanton which is right next to Anaheim. My roommates are in their 20s and 30s, so I would like to keep it like that. Inside the house are 5 rooms and I only keep one person per room, there are NO children here. The room is $850 a month with a $500 deposit and I’m looking for someone who works or both goes to school and works, remember, you must be employed. The room is about 150 Sq ft and is the biggest room in the house. The room is not furnished but comes with a 50“ TV attached to the wall. The bathroom is shared, you can use the kitchen and parking is on the street which is usually not a problem. Sorry, there is no laundry service, you must be ok with that. Very important you know this, there are NO overnight guests allowed, if you have a problem with this, save me & yourself some time because this will not be the place for you, that’s why the room is for ONE person only. Disneyland and Knotts Berry farm are within minutes from here. Huntington Beach is 20 minutes down the street. I’m looking for someone that’s available NOW or latest July 1st.
