About the room
This property has views for days! Your room will be huge and you will pretty much have the downstairs to hang out, has a private kitchen and living area. There is a pool and hot tub, you will have to sign a waiver for the use of it. Partially furnished. I can make adjustments as needed. My home is peaceful with good vibes. More pictures to come.
About the roomies
For right now it’s just me. I am offsetting my mortgage. I am a realtor, I work full time and then some, have 2 dogs they are good dogs, I golf, cook, entertain some nights, into personal development, out doors when I have the time. I don’t drink not looking for the get drunk all the time kinda roommates, however no judgment if you like to have a few, I am friendly and fair. I have my medical card. Have had a back surgery, I am a veteran.
