Cute beach house, just a short walk from the shore! 3 bedroom 2 bathroom one-story house. Most of the house will already be furnished, and there is a big yard with a garden, grass and patio perfect for evening sunsets or a bbq. Shared living room, and kitchen space. The bedroom available is a cozy room(9.5ft x 10.5ft) with an open closet(4.25 ft)! The front bathroom would be yours to use, which has a clawfoot tub, toilet, sink, cabinet, drawer, and a shared shower in the back. Additionally, there is a two car driveway (one for me and one for you). No need to go to the laundry mat since there is a brand new washer and dryer in the garage (June 2026). My parents who own the house are moving to Washington this July, so I am looking for someone to move in with me by August 1st. Non-smoking; send me a message me for pictures of the room:)

Hi! I’m Mekayla (29 y/o) and I am looking for a roomie! I am currently working on my high school teaching credential, and in the meantime I work at the local high school during the day, and coach the tennis program after school! I love fun days in the sun, playing tennis (not anti-pickle ball), chill days watching shows, playing games, doing art, and spending time with friends or family. I currently have two medium dogs who love people (Brittany and Border Collie), house broken, and thinks everyone’s their friend! Some of my favorite shows are F.r.i.e.n.d.s, and New Girl, so I am excited to find a roommate that would be apart of my late 20’s, early 30’s professional (but sociable) chapter of life!
