About the room
I am taking over a lease beginning July 1st - Dec 1st with an opportunity to renew. It is a 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom at Bayview apartments. Rent would be $950 each plus $40 for internet. Electric and water vary based on usage. However, the current tenants said they most they have paid for these utilities is $130 in the winter. Gas is included.
(The photos included are from the previous tenants. The apartment does not come furnished.)
I would be open to having another dog if it was a good fit. There is a $350 non refundable pet fee. Pet rent would be $25/month.
You will need to be added to the lease and go through the background check, etc. with the leasing office.
About the roomies
I live with my 9 year old Dalmatian, Rae. I work full time but when I am not working we enjoy running and anything outdoors. I also enjoy spending quiet time at home to recharge. I am a clean and respectful roommate.
