Simple home in the quiet, conveniently located neighborhood of Rutherford. 15 minutes from Hershey and downtown Harrisburg. Tenant would occupy the master bedroom on the main floor. The room is roughly 12x15 with 8’ ceilings. Natural hardwood and fresh paint…Although the tenet would have the option of re-painting the walls to their desired colors at their own expense. I will personally occupy the basement space. Rent does not include utilities but will come out to about $150-$200/month. This includes heat, electric, water, trash, sewer and internet. Home comes with an in-ground pool and a fenced in backyard. House-trained dogs are more than welcome; however cats are not.

Hardworking male who lives by myself at the moment. I’m quiet and keep to myself. Non-drinker for the most part and completely non-smoker. Smoking, in all forms, is not permitted anywhere in the house.

I work very early in the morning and very late at night so night-time social gatherings on weekdays are not permitted at the house.
