This listing is for the guest bedroom but it’s actually the same size as the master. It has a huge window as you can see in the photos and a large walk-in closet. The semi-attached bathroom is also good size with a large linen closet and plenty of storage. There is a washer and dryer in the unit that’s available to use. The property is in a great location only 10-12 minutes from old town at the corner of Timberline and Horsetooth. Fort Collins is easily accessible from this location no matter where you want to go. The shared living area will also be available so if you own furniture you’re welcome to bring that as well. There is a large balcony with a big pine tree right beside it. This apartment is on the second floor so unfortunately it is not handicap accessible.

I am creating this listing to assist my roommate in finding a new roommate as I will be moving out soon. As you will notice in the photos the apartment currently is furnished because I’m still living here but the room for rent as well as the common area will be empty upon your arrival. My current roommate (your new roommate) is a quiet, respectful person who values good communication and a clean shared space. I’ve lived with her for about a year and I can assure you she is the best roommate I’ve ever had. She owns a dog who’s 8 years old and a total sweetheart. They spend most of their time in their room although the dog will periodically come out for some attention. You will of course get to meet both of them when you come to see the apartment.
