Hi everyone, this is for the summer of 2026, from the middle of June to the end of August

This will be a single room with a flat rate of $600 (I can pay utilities and such), with your own bathroom

The living room and kitchen will be shared with someone else, however the gender of that person is not known yet!

The place is about 7 minutes away from campus by bus, right in front of a grocery store and other outlets in North Davis

You’re able to do your laundry here, there’s a lounge room, and a pool!

All of my roommates will be out of town in the summer, so you’ll be living with one other person with their own room and bathroom, so you’ll only be sharing the kitchen and living room
