I am looking for a mature professional roommate for private apartment located in the basement that is fully furnished with a bedroom, living room and kitchen area. Includes king size bed, dressers and t.v. and a full private bathroom. washer and dryer is in a common area. Also has two private driveways. (one for you) Rent includes all utilities and Fios wireless internet and basic cable. I am looking for someone who is neat, and will leave things as there were found.

Home has a monitored security system.

About me, I am a widow, now retired and do volunteer work for my church. I have one cat which is never in your area.
