Hi everyone! We are currently looking for a third roommate to join us in our 3bed/3bath apartment, available beginning July 1st (available immediately) , on a month to month lease. Our place is in north Glendale, near Burbank, on a lovely quiet street close to both a Ralphs and a Trader Joes.

You get a room, a private bathroom, and a spot in the garage. Amenities include in-unit washer and dryer, central air, and heating. No pets.

We are two women in our late twenties and we keep things quiet and tidy. We’re looking for someone similar and responsible!
