Location: Near 405 & 101 freeways. Walkable to Target, Planet Fitness, and restaurants. 12 min to Sherman Oaks Galleria, 25 min to Hollywood, 25–30 min to the beach. Great for commuting throughout the Valley. 10-15 mins to CSUN.

Ideal Roommate: Steady income, responsible, clean, and respectful. Must be an animal lover comfortable with a large dog. Non-smoker, no drugs, positive attitude.

- Good credit + two recent pay stubs
- $50 background check (credited back at move-in)
