Wonderful single story home at the east end of Simi Valley, with furnished bedroom available. House is tastefully decorated. Fully stocked kitchen, living area, inside washer and dryer, 2 refrigerators, one in garage, outside pool with spa, BBQ. A loving Golden Retriever who loves people! Please check out my reviews! Room comes with queen bed, end tables, dresser tv center. 3 sets of sheets, towels and wash cloths.

About the roomies

I am a single, retired, mother of two adult children. I have 5 grandchildren. 4 live in Australia. I visit once a year. I have a golden retriever Finnegan who goes everywhere I can take him with me. Very active, walking, Pilates, Pickleball,weight training. Love to travel, love music. I was in healthcare for my career, Respiratory Therapist and then IT service Area Manager for Kaiser Permanente. I’m respectful of privacy, but if you want to chat I’m available. :)
Ive been fortunate to have the best tenants! Ive received cards of thank you and wonderful reviews. The house is very warm and welcoming. The backyard is beautiful if you want to hang out.
