About the room
Large private bedroom with huge double closet available starting July 1st, in a 2 bedroom 2 bath apartment. Includes private bathroom. It’s in an upstairs unit with a balcony. The complex has a beautiful pool and jacuzzi.
The base rent is $1800 per month, plus electric (usually $40 each, sometimes less). This includes all other utilities and wifi. There is ample street parking.
My lease is month to month, so I am open to a shorter renter (3-6 months).
Looking for someone who is financially stable, respectful, clean and a good communicator. No guests during weeknights after 10PM.
About the roomies
I am a female in my mid thirties. I am an acupuncturist and I work 3-4 days a week outside of the home. I like to maintain a quiet, clean and peaceful home. I am social typically outside of the home, aside from the occasional movie or game night. My interest include live music, staying active (yoga, pilates, gym, hike), trash reality TV, and games & puzzles. I occasionally have my small chihuahuas at the apartment (they live full time with my mom in SB) who are love bugs, so probably not ideal for someone allergic.
