You’d live in the heart of Los Angeles off Sunset Boulevard and Laurel Canyon Blvd. (Weho/Hollywood) Price is $1150. + $150 average considering split WIFI, gas, and bi-monthly electric bill. So your monthly price including utilities will average $1300. We have street parking out front (always a space available) but will need to acquire a parking permit with LADOT.
Must be able to commit at least 6 months.
The available room is unfurnished. The room has a ceiling fan, window, and closet.
Here you’ll have your own cabinet space and fridge/freezer space. We have a modern gas-powered stove, oven, air-fryer, and a microwave. Looking for at least a 6 month commitment with a month-to-month option starting after.

Hi, I’m Westin, I’m 32. I just finished getting my associates degree in Animation. I’m an artist. I paint, animate, and draw. I also perform stand-up sometimes.I am creating my own comic book, TV series, and putting together my first gallery show.. That said, I keep busy. I don’t go out every weekend but I still like to have fun every now and then. I am down-to-earth, optimistic, healthy, reliable, and organized. I have a cat named Mystic, she is de-allergized (thanks to a special food I feed her.) She is very sweet yet shy.
