2bd, 1 bath. The apartment is decent for the price. Pretty calm and I’ve never had any issues. Large closet. Room will be empty, ignore the mess from a previous roommate.

Gas and water are included, so it is just 595+ half of electric, usually not much more than 50 a month, sometimes less, and half of the wifi bill. 12 month lease, onsite washer/dryer.

I am pretty quiet and work a lot or have school. I do have pets that stay in my room as well as a lizard and her tank is in the living room. So definitely pet friendly, although if you smoke I do prefer it be outside the apartment, for my pets. I would say I keep things pretty clean but I don’t mind a little mess.
