This lovely room is located in my spacious single-family home. You will have a private, clean bathroom. The room is in the right corner of the house, making it more private and secluded. The closet is decently sized with plenty of shelving and hanging space. The room is furnished with a full-sized bed frame and mattress, a dresser, a nightstand, and a mounted 55“ smart TV. Rent is a flat rate of $650 per month, which includes all utilities and high-speed internet. There are not any special house rules besides clean up after yourself and keeping the common areas clean, as you will have complete access to all the common areas, including the kitchen and living room. Use of the washer & dryer. Smoking outside only. Great neighbors, and the home is located near lots of grocery stores/gas stations/highways/amenities, etc. The room is available for immediate move-in.
