I have a 3 bedroom/3 bathroom house near the airport and Sunset park. I have 3 dogs (all older and keep to themselves). The available room has a shared bathroom with my other roommate and currently has a queen size bed (can be removed if prefer unfurnished). We have a 3 car garage but is currently being used for 2 project cars (one will soon be finished and that space will be free if wanted).

I’ve lived in this house for about 8 years, my current roommate (Sam) has been here for about 2.5 years. We’re both in our 30s, we’re gamers, and mostly keep to ourselves.
