You get your own room downstairs, shared bathroom down stairs as well. The room is not fully furnished so u would need to furnish your own room. Washer and dryer is in the garage. Only thing I ask is that u clean up behind yourself, keep the room and bathroom clean. Keep the lights to a minimum and no guests are welcome inside.

I’m an army veteran, I’m also a school bus driver and soon to be teacher. My community is a great place to live. My neighbors don’t bother me or each other. It’s very quiet and chill
