About the roomies
I’m 23 years old, and I work a professional 9-5 in Paragould. I have a room available in the 2-bedroom apartment I rent starting 08/01/2026. Rent is $425/month per person (utilities are $125-$150/month per person). The deposit is $425 when you first move in. I am looking for a female roommate, 20-30 years old. I am a mix of a smiling social butterfly who loves to host and a girl who highly values her alone time. I love Jesus wholeheartedly, and I value spending time with others who also have a strong relationship with Him. My landlord expects rent to be paid on time and our place to be taken care of, but other than that, she’s very chill and doesn’t ever bother us.
Non-negotiables: our shared space will always be clean, but if your bedroom looks like a tornado hit it, that’s not my business ;) I never use the dishwasher, so if you load it, I won’t unload it because I forget it exists. No boys staying over. My door is always open, but if either of us has guests coming over, we should tell each other. If a problem arises, I will communicate with you, and I expect the same if you have a problem with me. If you need to use/borrow something of mine, just ask. I’m really pretty chill as long as we respect each other and the boundaries set :)
Important to note: I am a support foster parent. This means that once every couple of months (if that), I am likely to have up to 2 foster kids/teens. Boys or girls, and they stay in the living room. These stays are never longer than a weekend. If this isn’t something you feel comfortable with, or you have a criminal record that wouldn’t allow this, then you’ll need to find another option. This is not something I am looking to give up!
I do have a roommate agreement that we will both look over and sign. Generally speaking, it includes what I have already stated as non-negotiables.
