Open room in downtown Monterey CA! Private bedroom in a 3bd townhome near DLI and Fisherman’s Wharf. Shared bathroom, but kept clean. Home is furnished. Room is unfurnished but has an option pull out bed if needed. Two others live in home: both in 30s, both with jobs. Sober/no alcohol home. Guests allowed, but not overly frequent. Open communication needed. Keep it clean and organized. Multiple levels, stairs. No road noise. No noisy neighbors :)

John - best guy EVER (36, Male), works at a school. Super friendly and deeply caring. Very chill. Both of us do not drink, both of us are reinventing ourselves and restarting our life, both of us are in recovery and are prioritizing mental health, balance, and enjoying life.
