About the room
Unfurnished Room in a renovated 1920’s home with semi-private bathroom - only shared with one other, clean person. Home has a large kitchen and nice dining, living room, office space, washer/dryer and fenced backyard, hardwood floors throughout,1 block from BTC (Bellingham Technical College). Rent includes ALL utilities; water, gas, electric, And trash pickup. We do not provide Wi-Fi.
No smoking inside. Move in requires fully completed application and Roomies background screening – (we cannot accept an applicant that owes the electric company, gas company etc. or if currently in collections to a landlord.) First month’s rent is $675.00 + $675.00 deposit the deposit can be paid over two months. Management on site - separate building.
This is a clean, cordial home, dedicated to renting rooms exclusively, perfect for BTC students or any responsible individual. We do not discriminate. We do not tolerate illegal or bullying behavior. One person per room occupancy only. Lease is 6 months then month to month. Beautiful area, near trails and downtown. There is no additional storage building but there is room for your bike on the back patio.
About the roomies
4 males aged 23 to 70 years old who are clean and hygienic; you should be also. There is an emphasis on keeping the common areas clean.
