About the room
I need someone to take over my lease because I am moving! This place rents by the year, has great maintenance, great amenities, allows all pets, and is a block from ASU! The move in date would be June 1st 2020 and the lease ends July 31st 2020, but you can renew! Take advantage of this discounted price! It is normally closer to $800 but since I’ve been a resident, I got the discount which would apply to you! You would be living with two other residents till the end of the lease (they share the other bedroom) then another roommate of the apartment’s choosing or your own roommate! You would have your own bedroom with attached bathroom. Rent includes everything other than electric which is a shared price between roommates. Apartment can be furnished or bring your own stuff! The apartments are called Villas on Apache. Take a look!
Not sure if security deposit is needed if you start subleasing. Ask apartment for details. 420 outside only.
About the roomies
Brother rents other room with girlfriend till end of the lease. They keep to themselves most of the time but are occasionally social. After the lease ends (same date as listed), you choose a roommate (friend) or the apartment choses someone to take over the room.
