Choice of two rooms in a three bedroom/ 1 bathroom house. One room is carpeted with a window and the other is stained concrete with a sliding door. Nice property with a yard that includes lawns, apple trees and maintained landscaping. 1 car garage for storage, plus two bonus rooms that can also be used for storage. Furnished living room and kitchen. It was a commercial property for a while so it does have a few quirks that come with that including illuminated exit signs and a billboard on the roof 😂.

I am a divorced gal in my mid thirties with two cats, both about two years old that do typical cat things but are pretty well behaved. I work as a shift supervisor at Starbucks and as a dressage (horse) trainer as well. I am gone for long periods of the day and like to chill/kick back when I’m home. I work mostly evenings. I do have a boyfriend who doesn’t live here but does come to hang out and spend the night a few nights a week. He is very respectful and courteous. I am neurodivergent and can be kind of quirky at times but I mean well and try my best.
