Looking for a male tenant to take over my lease at Paseo Place, about a 5 minute walk from SDSU.

This is for one spot in a shared room in a 3 bed / 3 bath apartment (1278 sq ft). The current lease runs through July 31, and a renewal is already available at $899/month starting in August.

• Available now • I will cover the lease transfer fee • Utilities are usually around $40–60/month • Fully furnished • In-unit washer and dryer • Central AC • Top floor unit with vaulted ceilings and a balcony • Spacious kitchen and common area • Garage parking available

The apartment is usually pretty quiet during the summer, with only 1–2 other roommates around most of the time.

The floorplan and interior photos are from the same Paseo Place layout. The exact furniture and setup may vary slightly.

Non-students may be able to qualify through Paseo’s guarantor program. Otherwise, student verification is typically required.

I’m also willing to help cover or prorate days before move-in if needed.
