Calm quiet peaceful mobile home with the room and bath at the opposite end of the home from my room and bath. Kitchen dining room and living room in between. The room is 12’ x 11’ and has an 8’ sliding mirror doors closet. It is furnished with a queen size bed, a dresser, night stand, bookcase, table, and secretary chair. There is a dorm size refrigerator freezer and microwave oven as well. The flooring is wood laminate. There are three windows providing great air circulation and lighting. The bathroom is in the hall just outside the bedroom. The nice thing about a mobile home is there are not shared walls, ceiling, of floor with neighbors and thus is quieter than an apartment or condominiums. If you like a quiet peaceful home you will enjoy it here.

I am a retired educator and the only other person living in my home. I am out of my home daily for much of the day visiting farmers markets, going for walks/hikes, playing tennis, golfing, or on a bike ride. When home I am reading, watching some tv, or working on a project. I enjoy a glass of wine with my dinner. I seek a female roommate with no kids who is out of the home daily for school or work. I seek someone that appreciates a quiet clean peaceful setting and will maintain that as well. I seek someone without pets or kids, and who doesn’t smoke or use drugs.
