Fully furnished basement suite in Sterling Ranch with private bedroom, bath, large walk-in closet, and cozy living space in a quiet home. Shared kitchen, backyard, home gym, and sauna. Community pool and gym access included. Utilities, WiFi, and monthly cleaning provided. Two friendly dogs live in the home but stay separate unless invited. Female tenant preferred. Stone throw away from many horse stables, boarding, riding arenas, and equestrian volunteer opportunities!
About the roomies
Hi there! I’m a widowed Grad student out here in Littleton, CO, with my two dogs, Stryker and Autumn. I enjoy staying active: Yoga, Muay Thai, and spending time outdoors, especially exploring trails. I’m heavily active in Equine therapy as well and love to share that experience with anyone interested. I’m a bit of an ambivert and I’ve created a comfortable, private space in my home for tenants who appreciate a peaceful, welcoming environment while respecting shared spaces.
