My roommate, who lives in the spacious living room, is looking to sublet it as she has moved out already. The living room is 12”x20” and comes with a bed, a desk, a couch, and a dresser, as well as a an additional closet for your things. The property has a pool, a laundry room, and parking is free for the summer. It is on three bus routes of Amherst, 30,31, and 33.
About the roomies
Hi I’m Emma, I am a recent graduate finishing up my lease for the summer. I’m very quiet and like a quiet environment as well, and don’t typically invite people over. I like to read, play video games like legend of Zelda and cookie run: kingdom, and I am currently maintains an internship as well as my retail job. Our lease is up till the end of August, but you can discuss with management to take over the lease. The total rent currently is 1650 for the whole 1 bedroom unit.
