Ten minutes from the Sacramento Airport and about Ten-fifteen minutes to downtown Sacramento! We have a washer dryer in unit. A very lovely spacious kitchen with an island. There is a storage unit on site as well as a covered parking spot (included in rent cost) There is also a beautiful pool and hot tub on sight as well as a gym. A mail room with lockers for packages, a movie room, and more. It is a hotel style apartment so everything is indoor and elevators are included. Apartment is located on the third (of four floors) floor.

You’d be sharing the apartment with just me. My name is Shayla, I am thirty one years old. I am a flight attendant for work so I am gone 3 days a week on trips (lots of time to yourself!) I have 2 kitties, Loki and Sylvie, they are very loving and sweet siblings that provide great company. I am a homebody but do occasionally like to get out for dinner or drinks with friends. I enjoy being outdoors, reading, movies, photography, and exploring new places, or trying new restaurants or coffee shops. I rarely have overnight guests and if I do it’s usually my little sister 😅 I am LGBTQ+ friendly, unfortunately I cant allow anymore pets in the apartment as 2 is the max, non smoking preferred, would prefer someone in their late twenties to early thirties. I would love to find a roommate I can connect with and feel comfortable with :)
